Converting Capabilities
Precision Converting & Printing
Our precision converting and printing capabilities are tailored to meet the complex needs of the medical device industry. With modular multi-station processes, we offer a wide range of capabilities, including 13" wide complex multi-web constructions, tight tolerances, and water-based or UV ink systems. Our 9 and 7 station Delta Flex Crusaders, along with two-color inline printing, allow for efficient and precise production. We utilize Cognex video-controlled registration and Videojet lot coding on press to ensure accuracy and traceability. Allowing us to deliver high-quality medical device products that meet our clients' exacting standards.
Flexographic Printing
Our flexographic printing capabilities enable us to produce high-quality medical device products. With five color print stations and two die cut stations, we can provide precise and efficient production. The 16" wide web allows us to produce products of various sizes and specifications. Whether you require custom labels, packaging materials, or other medical device products, our flexographic printing capabilities can deliver the quality and precision you require.
Slitting & Rewinding
Our slitting and rewinding capabilities enable us to convert raw materials efficiently and accurately into semi-finished and finished products. With a 72" width unwind and multi-differential shaft rewind, we can handle a wide range of materials and product specifications. Our automatic edge guide and circular knife shear ensure precise cuts and accuracy during the slitting and rewinding process. Additionally, we are equipped with razor capability for specific applications. With these capabilities, we can efficiently and effectively produce the high-quality medical device products our client’s demand.
Pouching & Auto-Bagging
We offer a range of options including chevron peel pouches, Tyvek/poly, foil, paper to paper/poly bags. Our team can handle both manual and automatic device loading, ensuring that your products are packaged in the most suitable and effective manner. With our expertise and attention to detail, you can trust that your products will be safely and securely packaged for distribution.
Packaging & Assembly
Our packaging and assembly capabilities are designed to meet the stringent requirements of the medical device industry. With a 1,200 SF ISO 7 / Class 10,000 clean room, product integrity is ensured throughout the manufacturing process. Our automated inline on press packaging and semi-automated assembly capabilities provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for high-volume production. For more complex or custom applications, we offer hand assembly and pouching. Additionally, our Videojet Lot Coding capability ensures traceability and quality control throughout the production process. With these capabilities, we can provide high-quality packaging and assembly solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Prototyping & Design Support
Our prototyping and design support capabilities start with the xTool M1 dual head prototyping machine and a Hammerhead Clicker Press. The xTool M1 machine offers cutting and engraving capabilities for materials that are typically processed by Laser and Plotter Blade. This allows us to quickly and accurately produce prototypes and samples based on our clients' design specifications without the need for tooling. In addition, the Hammerhead Clicker Press provides a low-cost solution for concept to low-volume tooling cut samples. With these capabilities, we can help our clients bring their ideas to life and accelerate their product development process.
